  • Below you will find the vehicles that are available for self drive hire and a photo of the actual cars.

  • Below that you will find the self quote section. It is very simple to operate. This will calculate what the vehicle rental will cost you, no hidden extras to pay when you pick up your hire car.

  • To self quote fill in the following:-

  1. Date and time to start and finish your hire.

  2. Select a vehicle.

  3. Choose what insurance you would like.

  4. Look in the "Result of your quote" box to see the calculated price.

  • Now you can enter the rest of your details on the booking form and turn this quote in to a booking by hitting the "Request a booking" button at the bottom.

  • You will be emailed back all the details that you have entered, do not forget to enter your correct email address.

  • Confirmation of your booking will be emailed to you, when a deposit of one days rental has been paid.

Inclusions and extra options

Insurance - All vehicles are insured. The hirer is given the benefit of this coverage subject to the conditions of hire. There is an excess of $1000 on third party property and a collision damage liability (CDL) of $1500 with the above rates in an accident with another vehicle. These may be reduced to $500/each by paying an extra $10 per day. This collision damage waiver (CDW) is optional.  Hirers are reminded that overhead, interior, underbody, windscreen & tyre damage howsoever caused is always at the hirers risk. There is no cover unless vehicle is driven on sealed maintained roads (No going off sealed roads) and all conditions of the contract are adhered to. Insurance excess and CDL are higher for drivers 21-25 and for 11 seater vehicles

Additional drivers - No extra cost.

Child restraints - Booster cushions and child seats are available at $4 per day each.

International Airport Pick-up - There is a $5.00 levy on pick up from Brisbane International Airport only

 Rental duration - Rental day period is 24 hours, extra hours are 1/4 daily rate until daily rate is reached. Additional options charge at daily rate after 24 hours. There are no refunds for early returns. Any change of plans including requests to extend must be notified and approved by our office.

Fuel - We do not run a full tank of fuel policy. The fuel must be the same on return as at checkout.

Breakdown - All vehicles are covered by RACQ 24-hour roadside assistance.

Requirements

Driver's licenses - All full current Australian, overseas or international licenses are accepted. Drivers are to be a minimum age of 21 years old, having held a full license for a minimum of 2 years. No drivers under 25 are permitted for 6, 8 and 11 seat vehicles.
Payment - At time of collection please have your current license and credit card with you. We require the cost of rental plus a $1000 security bond . The hirer's credit card must authorise for this amount. The security bond is held through the rental period and returned in full if no further charges apply. We accept Visa, Bankcard, MasterCard, American Express & Diners or cash. Traveller's  cheques and cash for rental payment only.
